What is our mission?
MySurvivalPrep’s mission is to help individuals, families and organisations to be in the best possible position to deal with life’s constantly changing environment and demands. We must adjust our preparations depending on our local environment, local risks, current preps and local supports. We must assume that we are on our own, we may be lucky and the government will be able to offer assistance. However, we must be self-sufficient as much as possible.

Why was MySurvivalPrep created?
MySurvivalPrep was created to help others have their basic emergency preparation ready when and where they are needed. MySurvivalPrep was created by Lee Moulton who grew up in a region that was prone to wildfires and flooding, Lee was trained from a young age to always have a supply of food, water and shelter ready to go and well maintained. In later times, Lee worked in the outdoors, as a Mountain guide and a professional Yachtsman in Europe and the Caribbean Islands. The idea of being prepared and trained to handle, whichever situation could arrive, is deeply ingrained in his way of approaching life. As Lee now has a family, having a prepared family environment, work, school, vehicles and home is essential.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
You will receive your order within 7 working days if based in the United States. PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (i.e. time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays). As such, If we have already sent your order we will not be able to issue you a refund. For more information please contact us. Also please be aware some countries do take longer for orders to arrive for reasons out of our control like customs clearance and postage service efficiency etc. Overall most orders do arrive in 1-3 weeks from shipment but can take longer.

IT'S BEEN OVER 14 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order, please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our warehouses are located in the United States of America. We work only with the best and most experienced suppliers.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next, so don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn't match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, excluding shipping costs. The customer will be liable for return shipping cost; some case return item may require tracking information. We do not offer refund or exchange for sale item(s). Please choose your item carefully. Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. You must provide us with an image of the item and email us at contact@mysurvivalprep.com for replacement. We offer 7 days guarantee after the item has been delivered for a replacement. Please contact us with the image provided. Do NOT send the item back to the sender address indicated on the package. Please email us for a returning address. Tracking is required for returning item(s).

MY ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO MY MAILBOX BUT HAS GONE MISSING?
We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced or stolen after delivered (E.g. after delivered to your mailbox). We will ensure the item is delivered to your address according to information provided by you.

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?
No, unfortunately we will not be able to change your shipping address once you have complete your order.

What payment option do I have?
Your checkout is guaranteed safe using McAfee secure. You can pay with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Network.

WHAT IS VIABILL?
VIABILL allows you to pay the same but in 4 equal payments (0% interest).

How do I use VIABILL?
Add an item to your cart and choose VIABILL. Enter your personal information in our secure checkout flow. When your order has been received you will receive an email form VIABILL regarding repayment.

When will I receive my first order?
Your first subscription order will process instantly and ship next business day (Monday to Friday with the exception of national holidays). You will receive your order within 7 working days if based in the United States.

How will my subscription work?
You will receive your first order within 7 days of payment. Your subsequent will automatically process on the day that is listed in your account, at the interval you choose. You may change your interval and upcoming order date using your customer account.

Do I need a customer account to subscribe to a subscription?
Yes , we will need an email address for a subscription service. Please note that customer accounts are not required at the time of checkout. If you check out as a guest, you must create an account using your email address in order to access your subscription details.

DO I NEED TO PAY IMPORT TAXES AND TARIFFS?
Unlikely that you will incur any import taxes has many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered arrive in your country. Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility.
